Activating your Diners Club card is easy. All you need to do is call the phone number that is printed on the security sticker, found on the card when it is mailed to you with your welcoming package. It only takes a couple of minutes to activate this card and then you can begin using it immediately.
If you have lost this number for some reason, your next best option is to contact the general customer service number for Diners Club International. Call 1 (800) 234-6377 and you’ll be directed to the appropriate representative. This is also the number to call if you need to update the information on your new card or to report a lost or stolen card.
Outside of the United States, you can call collect (514) 877-1577 to reach a customer service representative to meet your needs.

Is There a Way to Activate My Card Online?
There is not currently an option to activate your credit card online right now if you have been approved for a Diners Club card for most cardholders around the world right now. You can create an online account to access your new credit card by visiting this page and enrolling.
The one exception to this rule are cardholders who have their primary address in Singapore. You can activate your Diners Club card online at this site.
You will need to provide your card number, expiry date, date of birth, and your mobile number in order to complete the activation process. The mobile number is required so that your PIN can be sent to you after you’ve finished the login process. Once you’ve completed filling in the mandatory fields, just click the “Submit” button and follow any additional prompts as requested.
A note of caution for new Diners Club cardholders: Although Diners Club credit cards are currently managed by the Bank of Montreal, you cannot currently use the BMO online activation tool for your new credit card. That tool is reserved for new credit cards that have Bank of Montreal branding on them only.
This applies to all Diners Club accounts, including commercial, corporate, and professional credit cards.
